Louis Alphonse Rodrigue enlisted in the Canadian Army Active Force (Special Force) in Vancouver, British Columbia in August 1950. Drafted to the 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, he served in Korea from December 1950 to June 1951, in addition to participating in U.N. peacekeeping duties in the Congo. He was advanced to Sergeant in December 1958 and was discharged in October 1963; sold with copied service record and medal verification.
