Korea 1950-53 (22275080 Tpr. W. Watson, R. Tks.), stamped 'Duplicate'; U.N. Korea 1950-54, good very fine (2)

A native of Seaham, Co. Durham, Watson served as a 'Hull Gunner' in Squadron H.Q. Troop, 'C' Squadron, 7th Royal Tank Regiment. Equipped with Cromwell and Crocodile tanks, the unit fought alongside the 8th Hussars in the Imjin River battle and was re-embarked for the U.K. in October 1951.
