1943 Italian Occupation of the Ionian Islands, express cover to Athens correctly franked on reverse with overprinted Ionian Islands 25c, 50c pair and airmail 50c pair, tied by dotted "64" rhomboid handstamps, which were scarcely used and applied on rural mail; the 64 rural mail depended on the Karoussades P.O., with corresponding c.d.s. on front, and arrival on back.
