#C19(var); Colomphil #4;1921, “(Hand) Vaolr 10 centavos (Hand)” on 50c Pale green, “Vaolr” variety, with part of a double surcharge at lower left, cancelled by “Navegación Aérea/Neiva” and Scadta oval handstamp of Girardot on cover to Bogotá, additionally franked, for the national postage, with 1c and 2c tied by November 16 datestamp on arrival; a very fine example of the nine covers known with this “Vaolr” surcharge.
