1920, Third Issue 10c Green, group of six essays, featuring the characteristic dark color and thin double outer framelines, including two single examples of the two designs, and a very rare block of four in emerald-green showing the basic composite setting of the sheet and cancelled by “CCNA/Barranquilla” handstamps; wrinkles and creases, as usually encountered, are to be expected, very scarce.
