Gebauer #16, 1920 30c on 10c Green, featuring a barely visible impression of the surcharge which may have faded with time, on cover front addressed to Barranquilla, tied by “Cía de Navegación/Aérea/Agencia Barranquilla” ribbon handstamp in purple, handstamped with “22 FEB 1920” date adjacent, and bearing manuscript inscription in Spanish at left: “Souvenir of the first airmail flight. Cartagena, February 21, 1920” and signature by Mr. Soto; one of just three covers recorded exhibiting the 30 centavos surcharge on this stamp;
