"Too Late" framed handstamp, a very fine strike on September 3, 1888 1½d stationery postcard from Kingstown to Valparaiso, Chile, redirected to Montevideo in Uruguay via Brazil, showing dispatch c.d.s.'s, blue Colon and Panama blue transits, Valparaiso and Rio de Janeiro c.d.s.'s on obverse, with "Domicilio" datestamp on arrival on reverse; one of at most three items so far recorded bearing this handstamp.
