"Parcel Post/St Vincent" datestamp, cleanly and clearly applied on 1885 1d Red and 1891 6d Dull purple, including 2d paying the parcel post fee, on December 13, 1897 large "On Her Majesty's Service" envelope to Swansea, endorsed "Per Parcels Post" at upper left and, on reverse, St. Vincent parcel post custom declaration stating postage stamps to the value of 5s, and foreign and colonial label for the shipment passing through the G.P.O. in London; the only recorded use of the Parcel Post datestamp on entire; ex-Jaffé.
