S.G. #18, 1872 1d Black, used on June 27, 1879 edition of "St. Vincent Witness" newspaper addressed to the Governor in Chief in Barbados, tied by "A10" barred oval, with matching dispacth c.d.s. at right, some faults as to be expected with an item of this nature, a very rare and interesting usage.
