1853, folded letter from New Orleans with "Yndias" of Madrid, dated February 1st and sent to Madrid with pre-printed contents in Spanish, displaying transit c.d.s. of Vigo in Spain and, in a distinctly red shade, “Yndias” straight-line and “5.R” handstamps of Madrid; superb, an extremely rare usage on mail originating from New Orleans and bearing an "Yndias" handstamp of Madrid, with its desirability being augmented by the fact of this postmark not being reported in any catalogue;
