Colombia, Independence Period small oval postmarks on stampless mail, assembly comprising 20 items, Antioquia, Santa Marta, Medellín, Cartagena,Popayán, Rionegro, Bogotá, Honda, and two stampless letters sent to London through the British P.O.'s at Cartagena and Santa Marta, also including an official external stampless mail sent in 1868 from Santander to Lima with "Santander/De/Oficio" and two small British "A/Panama" and "A/Callao" c.d.s.'s featuring a most unusual "via Panama" official mail, mainly very fine.
