Mexico, Scadta Consular Mail, 2c Rose postal stationery card from Monterrey to Bogotá, uprated with #C57, 1929 15c Deep green, tied by "Servicio de Transportes Aereos/Barranquilla" c.d.s., showing similar c.d.s. on arrival alongside, with each denomination being overprinted by "De Mexico" straight-line handstamp, which was made of rubber and applied at Barranquilla, only five items are recorded with this handstamp, all belonging to the same correspondence (see article by Brandes and Bortfeldt in "Colomphil" n. 7-8, February 2000; that research was based on this item), in addition a rare example of diplomatic bag acceptance of a commercial postcard for the purpose of expediting an urgent message;
