1874 envelopes (2) ex the Steyn correspondence from Bloemfontein to Swellendam, the first (13 Apr.) bearing 6d. rose only and showing Colesburg transit datestamp, handstruck "6" (possibly applied there) and arrival oval datestamp, the second (13 Aug.) bearing 6d. rose in combination with Cape 4d. and showing Cape Town and arrival datestamp, one of the last covers to go to Cape Town at this rate; minor imperfections though an unusual pair.
