Crowned Circle: 1786 (20 Apr.) entire folio letter to London from T Townsend "p the Grenville Bay/Capt Mann QDC" and bearing, on the reverse, a fine strike of the circular crowned handstamp partly overstruck by "21/IU" Bishop mark, the address panel with "7" rate mars and a very fine strike of "plymouth/ship-lre".
