Straight-line "Grenada": 1784 (1 Aug.) entire letter from St. George's to bankers in London, "pr the Nesbit/Capt. Macallester" bearing, on reverse, a very fine strike of "Grenada" in black with large "2/OC" Bishopmark alongside, the address side shows "9" rate mark and a good strike of "dover/ship lre" in black. There are the usual horizontal filing folds. A clean and attractive letter which opens out well for display. Photo
