Cnut (1016-35), Penny, 0.99g, Quatrefoil type, London, Manwine(?), crowned bust left within quatrefoil, pellet behind bust, rev. +MANDINE M LVND, long cross voided on quatrefoil with pellet at apex of each cusp, each limb terminating in three crescents (N781; S1157), a trace of friction and a surface crack at the bottom of the obverse, practically as struck with a light tone, almost extremely fine, rare.
