Royal Terrace Pier, Gravesend, certificate no.2 for £100 paying interest at 5%, 1845, beautiful vignette of the pier with a paddle steamer moored at the end, black on buff paper. Built in 1844, used by steamers from London. Now controlled by the Port of London Authority. GVF and rare.
