This company made a big contribution to the cityscape of Vienna. It was founded in 1869 for the acquisition of building land and executed the construction of many landmark buildings at the Ringstrasse, like the Hofmuseen, the University, the Michaelertrakt of the Hofburg and the (old) Chemische Institut. In 1896, the company owned property valued at nearly 5 million Gulden. In 1938, it was liquidated.
