The fourth war loan and all the following war loans were divided into two different loans, first a State loan (Staatsanleihen) with duration of 40 years and a Treasury Note (Staatsschatzschein) with a duration of 7 years. The State Loan and the Treasury Note were both designed by Alfred Cossmann (1870-1951). The loan reached a total volume of 4.5 million Kronen. With print signature of k.k. Finance Minister Dr. Karl Ritter von Leth (1861-1930)
