The third war loan had a volume of 4.2 million Kronen and duration of 15 years. Design by Bertold Löffler (1874-1960). Double eagle and a woman with a crenellated crown in Art Nouveau style. With print signature of k.k. Finance Minister Dr. August Freiherr Engel von Mainfelden.
