Imperial Coat of arms in the underprint. With print signature of Karl Ludwig Freiherr von Bruck (1798-1860) as k.k. Finanzminister from 1855 to 1860. He was a promoter of the Austrian Railway system and founder of the Österreichische Creditanstalt für Handel und Gewerbe. Four weeks after the issuing of this bond, he was (falsely) accused of corruption and "ungraciously dismissed" from office by Emperor Franz Joseph I. He committed suicide.
