1885-88 Small Dragon
Seoul: 1891 (25 June) 3ca. pale reddish lilac in a block of nine with interpanneau margin at right cancelled by light yet clear strikes of "h.o. of customs/seoul" double-ring c.d.s. in purple. The top left corner stamp with some defects, nevertheless a rare and important block being a very early date of use
