1896 (6 Aug.) commercial envelope to San Francisco bearing 3ca. orange-yellow and 9ca. bright green cancelled by Tientsin seal in blue with pair of Japan 1894 Emperor's Silver Wedding 5s. ultramarine tied by "shanghai/i.j.p.o." c.d.s., the reverse with Customs Tientsin and Shanghai (22.8) c.d.s., Yokohama (4.9) and San Francisco arrival (22.9) c.d.s. Some light soiling and corner imperfections it top left.
