3 Candareens, Setting III
3ca. reconstruction of this setting which includes three pairs, [17/6], [15-2] and [19/25], [8] and [5] with right margins and [14] and [12] apparently showing the lower margin. Some better postmarks including [5] with 1881 (12 Aug.) Customs c.d.s. (yeardate inverted) which is, apparently the earliest recorded date (this could be setting I, though the shade suggests the later setting), [23] with part "post office/chinkiang" c.d.s. plus others with Chinkiang c.d.s. Also [12] and [22] from the first setting showing the weak corner and unbroken corner. Generally good to fine. (27)
