Hellrigl #34, 1917 ½ Orange vermilion on native paper, imperforate, setting 6, positions 22-24/30-32, right margin unused block of six (3x2), without gum as issued, adequate to full margins all around with an extra-large selvage at right (natural wood fiber near the top right stamp), attractive orange vermilion color on bright paper, a fine and impressive block with minor constant plate flaws in positions 24 and 30; mint multiples of this rare stamp are extreme rarities, this one having been discovered in a 1947 auction in a lot of Indian Native States; 1984 Hellrigl certificate (Scott #11; $10,500.00+; S.G. #35; £7,200+; catalog value is for six singles).
