Hellrigl #34 var., 1917 ½ Orange vermilion on native paper, imperforate, setting 6, unused single, without gum as issued, position 7 showing the transferred cliche plate flaw that in early setting was in position 6 and is now in this position 7, wide even margins, strong color and fairly clear impression that makes this flaw quite apparent, extremely fine; a very rare plate variety that given the rarity of mint examples it is likely that no more than two or three mint examples exist (Scott #11; $1,750.00+; S.G. #35; £1,200+).
