Hellrigl #18b, c, 1998-1907 4a Dark (blue) green on native paper of poor quality, imperforate, complete sheet of 64, setting 11, first state, unused without gum as issued, a handsome sheet with wide full selvages now showing no inscription or frame lines, position 54 is inverted plus other plate flaws, this early state is characterized by clear impression and deep green color, vertical fold in the center between rows and very light edge toning in the extreme selvage, very fine and scarce sheet in this quality (Scott #17, a; $4,690.00+; S.G. #17, a; £4,690+).
