Hellrigl #13b, c, 1889-98 4a Yellow green, later printings on native paper of good quality, imperforate, complete sheet, of 64, setting 8B, an attractive fully intact sheet showing full sheet framelines on all four sides with an untrimmed selvage at bottom, the spacing, alignment and specific characteristics of the inscription differentiate this setting from all other settings as well as the the two other sub-settings of setting 8, position 54 shows the inverted cliche, the color is strong yellow green with clear impression on fresh paper, constant and progressive plate flaws of the 4a value are all present, folded once horizontally and vertically in the center of the sheet, very fine; a very rare sheet being one of two known
