Hellrigl #13, 1889-98 4a Green, later printings on native paper of good quality, imperforate, setting 4, positions 1-4/9-12, top left corner partial inscription block of eight, unused without gum as issued, an attractive block showing the major constant plate flaw of vary deep horiz. slit through bottom frame lines, plus another in position 10, full large sheet margins, the setting being determined by the spacing of the inscription, the other margins are full and large, strong green color, very fine; marginal blocks with inscription are rare (Scott #9; $440.00+; S.G. #13; £376+).
