Hellrigl #11b, c, 1889-98 1a Dull Blue, later printings on native paper of good quality, imperforate, complete sheet of 64, setting 16, unused without gum as issued, this sheet lacks the top inscription having been trimmed leaving balanced ample margins all around showing tracing of the sheet framelines at sides, however the setting is easily told by the four inverted cliches in positions 16, 46, 51 and 64, this combination is found only in this setting, attractive dull blue color on fresh paper that is now of somewhat lesser quality rather smudgy impression of these printings as this was printed in the 1896-97 period, includes the numerous plate flaws occurring in this value including the recut cliche inverted in position 64, it also has a pre-printing paper fold in the center of the sheet affecting three stamps one vertical and and two horizontal between rows, small holes in three positions apparently from insect damage still fine a rare sheet; this isone of two sheets of this setting, (Scott #7,a; $1,860.00+; S.G. #10, a; £1,528+).
