Ireland comprehensive largely mint collection in Scott Specialty album, includes issues to 2003 lacking only some modern issues of being complete, the better early issues are all present including some of the definitive issues used, all of the Sea Horse sets are present mostly mint but including a very illusive set of the scarce 1922 set with blue black overprints used (#36-38), solidly mint from 1925 onward including lots of souvenir sheets plus air mails and postage dues, o.g., very clean and fine-very fine.
