1900 (Apr.-May) envelopes (5 two unstamped and one with stamps removed), variously addressed and with each showing oval-framed "canadian contingent/south africa." datestamp in red; fair to superb strikes. Also 1900 (July) letter from D. MacPherson at Springs and (7 Sept.) envelope from Eerste Fabriken to British Columbia bearing 1d. with A.P.O. 55 c.d.s.
