Horizontal format 25c. photographic composite with tiger proceeding left in a design similar to that which appeared on the back of the Straits Settlements currency notes, the frame as issued in blue, the ornaments between the frame and the value handpainted in brown are not as issued. Affixed to card (115x90mm.) marked "K", dated "Nov 14th 99" and further marked "appd for design", initialled and dated "6/2 - 1900"; the card a little soiled. Photo
