Horizontal format, 10c. photographic composite with leaping tiger proceeding to right and value tablet handpainted in turquoise-blue and Chinese white. The design is very similar to that issued but with dark background, and similar to the design that appeared on the back of the Straits Settlements currency notes where the tiger is proceeding to left. Affixed to card (115x90mm.) marked "E" and dated "Sept 12th 99"; the card a little soiled. Photo
