1896 (7 September) grant of award of the Companion of the Most Exalted Order of the Star of India to Joseph Parker, signed at top "Victoria R.I." and at foot by "George Hamilton"; the wafer seal is cracked and the usual three horizontal folds. Also the letter from the College of Arms with the Statutes and original envelope. A good group. Photo
