William III (1694-1702), Shilling, 1697 B, gvlielmvs. iii. dei. gra., third laureate and draped bust right variety with more aquiline profile and thicker tie ends, B for Bristol below, rev. inverted die axis, mag. br. fra. et.hib. rex., four crowned shields cruciform, five strings to Irish harp, arms of Orange Nassau in centre, edge diagonally milled (ESC 1109; S.3512), light adjustment marks across obverse, extremely fine, some lustre under old grey tone
