1930 U.S.A. covers with 1930 envelope from New York to Pasadena, badly burnt and with "ambulance" envelope bearing handstamp "Parcel Post" in purple and card from the postmaster dated 5th July with manuscript " Received from P.M. Chicago, Ill. Wrecked plain at Goshen Ind. A.M.R.#17"; also 1930 (Dec.) envelopes (2) to California bearing handstamps "damaged by air plane wreck/december 22, 1930" applied at Alhambra and struck of red or purple; typical soiling.
