House of Assembly: 1890 (c.) unused "On Public Service Only." envelope bearing a fine strike of the Frank Stamp in red, with Government of Tasmania seal on the flap. Also 1894 (29 June) stampless envelope to Wellington, N.Z. signed by Stafford Bull, M.P. bearing good strikes of "tasmania/official/paid" handstamp in red and Hobart duplex ("JE" for "JU"), the arrival c.d.s. is on the reverse (6.7) and the flap with House of Assembly seal.
