Government of Tasmania envelope to Birmingham, signed by the sender with "M.L.C.", good strikes of crowned "free" c.d.s. in red and unframed "hobart town/tasmania" c.d.s. in red with code "O", the reverse with Birmingham arrival (29.1); the flap is torn and a little soiled.
