#24/723, C1/JQ5, Attractive mint and used collection of over 400 on pages, it starts with a modest number of used 19th century with some selected examples present, we note six 1c Ultramarine (#182, 206) with Glen Allen, Va. printed star precancels, starting with a few Bureau issues and into the 20th century the collection is collected mint, emphasis is given to the Washington-Franklin issues including imperforates and coils in line pairs, plus the later flat plate and rotary Regular issues, Kansas-Nebraska and a few commemoratives, etc., associated back-of-the-book issues of this period are also present including airmails, a few postage dues and parcel posts, plus nine different Offices in China, stamps have been selected for there freshness and bright colors, o.g. or used, the vast portion of the mint are never hinged with only a few excptions; fine-very fine with many desirable items present and needs to be viewed to be appreciated; accompanied by 42 PF certificates and one PSE and APS certificate each.
