#143LP10, Wells, Fargo & Co., Black Publishers' Newspaper stamp, attractive wrapper to Poway, Cal. with left margin single tied by blue oval Wells, Fargo and Co. handstamp of probably San Francisco, very fine and proper use of this newspaper stamp; wrappers are actually quite scarce as most of these were immediately thrown away much the same way we handle "junk mail" today; 2013 PF certificate.
