#15, 1859 5c Vermilion, single tied by clear "London, C.W./De 27, 67" Berri duplex postmark to buff cover addressed to Byng Inlet, via Penetanguihene, blue "Penetanguishene, U.C./De 28, 1867" backstamp, cover a bit reduced at left and with rounded corners at right, fine; the Byng Inlet post office was not opened until the following year; a rare Winter Mail cover carried by courier or Dog Team, being one of only two recorded examples.
