expertisation:
R.P.S. of N.Z. Certificate (2002) states "this is a genuine used example described by Campbell Paterson as imperf between, CP A1M(3)(W). There has been an unsuccessful attempt to perforate at least part of the line, leaving two blind perfs at right. This is the example on which the C.P. listing was based"

R.P.S. of Victoria Certificate (2009) states "it is genuine with two blind perfs and small concealed tear at right"
