1862 (15 Aug.) entire (no side flaps) from Dunedin to Scotland, bearing 1862 1d. orange-vermilion, 2d. deep blue, 6d. black-brown and 1/- yellow-green pair and a single all lightly cancelled "18", showing framed "missent/to/ayr" in blue at foot and, on reverse, despatch, Glasgow (15.11) and Stewarton (15.11) c.d.s. A very rare and colourful franking for a 1½-1¾ ounce letter. R.P.S.N.Z. Certificate (2004) states that the stamps have been lifted, the face panel cleaned and the stamps replaced, slightly misplaced.
