1873 (10 Sept.) envelope to Paris "Via Brindisi" bearing 4c., 8c. (with wing margin) and 12c. (2) tied by light strikes of the "B62" with French Brindisi transit and "P.D." in red between the adhesives, despatch and arrival (26.10) c.d.s. on the reverse. Paying double the 18c. rate. Minor soiling does not detract from this delightful, three-colour franking. Photo
