The pad was often a key component of Bruce’s groundbreaking training regime and was usually seen hanging in his back garden. This one-of-a-kind collector’s item represents a chance to own a bespoke article from Bruce Lee’s personal training arsenal, which helped to transform him into the most celebrated martial artist of all time! Bruce Lee was famed for his phemonenal one-inch -punch, which he demonstrated at the Long Beach International Karate Championships in 1964. This handmade punching pad was one of the key training aids used to hone his extraordinary technique. Ex George Lee
