1909 (28 Aug.) envelope to Manila from the American Consular Service, Seoul, bearing "Tae Geuk" 50p. pair tied by Seoul comb-type c.d.s, with "corea" in lower segment in violet, similar Moji (30.8) transit and Manila duplex, redirected on arrival from the Quatermaster to the Ordnance Depot; some light soiling. A rare and interesting cover used just before the Korean stamps were invalidated
