Double Circle Cancellation - Type IIB and IIC: A valuable collection with 1896 type IIB with Dongnae in red on first print 5p., Haeju in red-brown on 5p. strip of four, Sangju in red-brown on 5p. (rare) and believed to be the earliest recorded date; 1897 type IIC includes a faint strike of the scarce Gaesung in red-brown, Sangju in red-brown (rare), Daegu in red (scarce), Hamheung in red-brown on 5p. and 10p. (scarce). A fine and desirable group. (19)
