An exceptionally fine and rare example the silver plated back plate with gilt and silver mounts, comprising a large gilt fused grenade, upon the ball of the grenade the crowned Harp and Maid over a floreate scroll, 'Tipperary', 1854-1855, excellent condition

The regiment was only converted to Artillery in 1854.
