A very fine example the gilt back plate with silver mounts, comprising a crowned circle 'Sutherland Highlanders' enclosing '93' on a solid ground attendant thistle sprays to the crowned circle, a scroll below, 'Cape Of Good Hope', complete with original leather liner, c.1837-1864, excellent condition
